Privacy Policy
Overview
JCG SNS Private is an internal administration tool used to review Instagram direct messages sent to the Jeongcheogi Gamja Instagram account, prepare response drafts, and send approved replies. This policy explains what data may be processed and how it is used.
Data We Process
- Instagram conversation identifiers, sender identifiers, usernames, and timestamps.
- Message text and related conversation history needed to understand the inquiry.
- Response drafts, approval status, sent reply records, and operational error logs.
How We Use Data
- To review incoming Instagram direct messages and understand user inquiries.
- To generate or edit response drafts for account operator review.
- To send replies only when approved by the account operator or allowed by configured rules.
- To prevent duplicate processing, spam handling errors, and repeated operational failures.
Use of AI Providers
Message text may be sent to an AI service provider, such as OpenAI, to generate a response draft. The operator reviews drafts before sending unless a limited automatic reply rule is explicitly configured. Sensitive messages may be routed to manual review instead of AI draft generation.
Sharing
We do not sell Instagram DM data. We do not share it for third-party advertising or marketing. Data may be processed by infrastructure or AI providers only as needed to operate this internal tool.
Retention
DM-related records are kept only as long as needed for account operation, troubleshooting, and audit of sent replies. Records can be deleted upon request as described on the Data Deletion page.
Security
Access to this tool and stored records is limited to the account operator. Secrets and access tokens are stored outside the public source code repository.
