How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of Instagram DM-related records processed by JCG SNS Private, send a deletion request to the Jeongcheogi Gamja Instagram account from the same Instagram account that contacted us.
Include the phrase "Data deletion request" and, if helpful, the approximate date of the conversation. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, payment details, or other sensitive information.
What We Delete
- Stored conversation records associated with your Instagram sender identifier.
- Response drafts and approval records related to your DM conversation.
- Operational logs that can reasonably be tied to your DM conversation.
What May Remain
Some records may remain when required for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations, or platform compliance. Aggregated records that do not identify a specific Instagram account may also remain.
Processing Time
We will review deletion requests and remove eligible records within a reasonable period after verifying that the request comes from the relevant Instagram account.
Disconnecting Platform Access
Users can also manage connected apps and permissions through their Meta or Instagram account settings where applicable.
